  • Does the cotton candy contain any nuts?
    Our cotton candy is nut free, however our cotton candy facility is not guaranteed to be nut free. Please contact us directly if you have any questions.
  • Is there any dairy products in the cotton candy?
    Our regular cotton candy is dairy free however some of the savory flavors may contain dairy products.
  • Is cotton candy kosher or Halal?
    Our cotton candy in Kosher and Halal certified however sometimes we add toppings or garnishes that may not be.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes of course! If you live in the Ottawa area you can choose "Pick Up" during the checkout process. The pickup location is: 1475 Thomas A Dolan Parkway in Dunrobin and our pick up hours are any day between 10:00 AM and 6:00PM
  • Can I pay cash or use a cheque?
    For all of our online orders that require shipping, payment must be made in full prior to us filling the order please. You can pay for everything during our secure checkout process. We use Square payment processing. We cannot accept personal cheques, and we can only accept cash when it is a customer pickup.
  • Do You Offer Free Shipping For Wholesale?
    Canada Cotton Candy offers a flat rate shipping of just $30 per box of 100 containers. This rate is for regular priced locations and routes. You will be contacted prior to shipping if you are in a remote area that incurs an additional charge. For all orders being shipped to residential addresses, you are responsible for any additional charges as determined by the arranged courier. We are not able to deliver to a PO Box.
  • What if my package arrives damaged?
    We use only heavy duty, re-usable plastic containers for our cotton candy. They are able to withstand normal wear and tear during shipping. If your boxes are containers arrive damaged, please discuss with the shipping company directly. Please note that we are NOT responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping.
  • Can I cancel my order or return my order?
    You may cancel your order for full refund before it is shipped to you, but you cannot cancel after the order has been shipped. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns for any reason. Once the order has shipped the sale is final and no refunds for any reason will be given.
